Support the EPIA with pizza

Through the entire month of February, Echo Park restaurant Mohawk Bend is donating $4 of each charity pizza to the Echo Park Improvement Association.

“The EPIA Pizza” includes Eggs, Prosciutto, Idiazabal cheese, arugula, Mozzarella, olive oil, lemon juice. At $16, $4 from each purchase of this pizza helps us cover a variety of costs, including outreach materials, neighborhood cleanups, printing, website fees, digital promotions and more!

The EPIA is a nonprofit, grassroots organization that acts as an advisory organization to the City of LA when dealing with crime, filming, trash, permits, development and more. Some of the programs we work on each year include:

  • Sponsoring the free Echo Park Lake summer movie series
  • Hosting the Echo Park Community Parade VIP reception in December
  • Organizing cleanups in the neighborhood
  • Hosting open town halls each month

Our Neighborhood Issues Committee meets each month to discuss major projects in the Echo Park community, including the SR2 Terminus, housing developments, Echo Park Lake and Elysian Park issues – and more!
